For the very first time, the general public can get a look at Walt Disney's personal plane, The Mouse, now on display at the Palm Springs Air Museum in Palm Springs, California.
A Piece of Disney History Takes Flight at the Palm Springs Air Museum
Walt Disney's Grumman Gulfstream I has been on loan to the Palm Springs Air Museum since 2022, where it was previously unveiled exclusively to D23 members. In May, the Walt Disney Archives gave fans a peek at the aircraft on Instagram, sharing photos of the beautifully restored interior — brought back to reflect exactly how it looked when Walt last flew aboard in the 1960s. Now, the plane is open for all museum visitors to see during regular museum hours.
