On Tuesday night, Reddit user u/wishy_washy66 took to the Walt Disney World subreddit to ask about an unsettling experience on the Magic Kingdom Resort Monorail. The guest described how another woman on board suddenly "started screaming," prompting a full evacuation of the tram. At the time, neither Disney cast members nor fellow guests had provided any explanation for what had happened.

"Hi does anyone know what happened on the resort monorail tonight? A woman started screaming and we all got evacuated but the people next to me didn't speak english so I have no idea what happened."

Details Emerged in the Comments

As the Reddit thread grew, other Central Florida Disney Park guests and cast members began filling in the details. According to commenter u/Weird-Toe-6968, a guest's service dog had "overheated" on board the Monorail. Sadly, another commenter confirmed that the animal did not survive. It remains unclear whether the dog had any other medical conditions beyond heat stroke or exhaustion.

u/Hockey_is_Life shared a deeply emotional response in the thread:

"Unfortunately it died. Very tragic indeed. I laid in bed crying for hours on end last night. I can hardly eat anything today, I feel so sick about it."
