Fans of the beloved Pixar franchise can now take their love of Toy Story on the road — or the treadmill, or the yoga mat — thanks to four brand-new virtual fitness challenges from The Conqueror. Each route is inspired by one of the Toy Story films, and together they span approximately 326 miles (525 kilometers) of pixar-powered adventure.

How the Challenges Work

Participants track their activity through The Conqueror's mobile app, moving across illustrated maps and unlocking digital postcards, location details, and character cards along the way. Distance can be entered manually, recorded via the app's built-in pedometer, or synced from a compatible fitness tracker or smartwatch. Even activities like yoga and weightlifting can be converted into distance — so there's truly a way for everyone to join in.

The four routes can be completed in any order and on any timeframe. Challenges can be tackled solo or combined with teammates. Finishing the full series earns all four physical medals and unlocks 31 virtual character cards in total.

Each completed challenge also has a positive environmental impact: for every 20% of a challenge finished, The Conqueror funds either the planting of a tree through veritree or the removal of 10 plastic items through Plastic Bank.

Registration is not yet open. The Conqueror is currently inviting interested participants to sign up for notifications, and pricing has not yet been announced.

Buzz Lightyear's Arrival Virtual Challenge — 66 Miles

The shortest of the four routes, the Buzz Lightyear's Arrival Virtual Challenge covers 66 miles (106 kilometers) and follows the events of the original Toy Story. The illustrated route begins in Andy's cloud-covered bedroom before venturing into Sid's disturbing workshop.

The rocket-shaped finisher medal places Buzz Lightyear front and center. Lifting part of the ribbon reveals one of the Pizza Planet claw machines, with the claw pulling up a Little Green Alien. Flip it over and you'll find Buzz inside his original rocket-shaped toy-box packaging. Participants can unlock seven virtual character cards — including Buzz Lightyear, the Bucket o' Soldiers, and Mr. Spell — as well as digital locations like Sid's house and Pizza Planet.

Jessie and the Roundup Virtual Challenge — 75 Miles

Inspired by Toy Story 2, the Jessie and the Roundup Virtual Challenge spans 75 miles (121 kilometers). The route follows the toys' rescue mission from Al's Toy Barn to Al's apartment and onward toward the airport.

The medal features Jessie inside a vintage television set inspired by the black-and-white "Woody's Roundup" program. Tilt the medal and Bullseye along with additional woodland critters appear in the television scene, making the image seem to come to life. The challenge includes eight virtual character cards, plus digital postcards and locations such as Al's Toy Barn.

Woody's Adventure Virtual Challenge — 93 Miles

The longest route in the collection, the Woody's Adventure Virtual Challenge covers 93 miles (150 kilometers). Drawing from Toy Story 3, the route begins at Sunnyside Daycare and continues into the nighttime playground where Woody's escape plan takes shape.

Woody is featured on a hinged medal designed as a tribute to the toy family staying together. Open the medal's box-like compartment and you'll find Hamm, Bullseye, and Rex waiting inside. Nine virtual character cards can be collected during this challenge, featuring Bonnie's toys and the troublesome residents of Sunnyside Daycare, along with digital locations such as Bonnie's room.

Bo Peep and the Lost Toys Virtual Challenge — 92 Miles

Based on Toy Story 4, the Bo Peep and the Lost Toys Virtual Challenge covers 92 miles (148 kilometers). The route begins in Bonnie's room, follows Forky's first adventure, and leads to Second Chance Antiques, where Woody reunites with Bo Peep.

Bo Peep takes center stage on a glow-in-the-dark medal that incorporates a movable carnival Ferris wheel — spin it and watch the colorful neon-style details glow in the dark. The challenge offers seven virtual character cards featuring characters from Bo Peep's world, as well as Forky and other toys from Toy Story 4, plus unlockable digital locations including the carnival.
