Breakfast just got a little sweeter at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort! New caramel-banana waffles and pancakes are now available at the End Zone Food Court. Keep in mind that these dishes are not yet available via mobile order, so you'll need to head up to the counter to grab them.

Caramel-Banana Pancakes — $11.99

Streusel-topped with Bacon and Sausage

These fluffy pancakes are a seriously indulgent way to start your day. The mushy pancakes meld with the caramel and brown sugar perfectly, and with bananas on top, you'll be in a sweetness coma. If you aren't planning to run around the parks, this is the perfect option — stay at the hotel and sleep after you eat this. The bacon and sausage do help cut the sweetness, which is a welcome balance.

Mickey-Shaped Caramel-Banana Waffles — $12.59

Streusel-topped with Bacon and Sausage

The Mickey-shaped waffles are a fun touch, but the tougher texture means they don't soak up the caramel as well as the pancakes do. There also wasn't a lot of banana on this dish, so it didn't quite hit the right balance of flavors.

The Bottom Line

These are fun alternatives to regular pancakes and waffles, but you have to like caramel — and you must be prepared to be sticky for the rest of the day! The pancakes edge out the waffles thanks to their softer texture and better caramel absorption.

These dishes are part of a resort-wide roll-out of specialty pancakes, churros, waffles, and other treats. Will you be trying these breakfast meals on your next visit?
