A Disneyland Resort guest is going viral on TikTok after posting a video in which she claims she "almost died" after drinking the Fuzzy Tauntaun cocktail at Oga's Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

What Happened at Oga's Cantina?

TikTok user Mylee (@anaamyle) posted a video taken during a night out at Oga's Cantina — the popular bar located in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Park, as well as at Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. The footage, filmed at the Disneyland Resort location, amassed more than 4.4 million views in just three days.

After enjoying her first drink, Mylee ordered the Fuzzy Tauntaun, a $21.50 cocktail made with Cîroc Peach Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Simply Orange with Tangerine, Pure Cane Sugar, and the signature "Buzz Button Tingling" Foam. That foam is crafted using buzz button flowers, which contain spilanthol — an ingredient known to cause a brief, harmless tingling, buzzing, and slight numbing sensation on the lips and tongue.

In the video, Mylee laughed as she licked the foam, accidentally inhaling it through her nostrils. The buzz button flower caused an uncomfortable reaction. Her friends initially joked around, but quickly realized she was in distress and grabbed water as they tried to help calm her down.

"I genuinely could not breathe. My throat and my lungs had needles stabbing me… And then the anxiety raising up." — Mylee (@anaamyle), in a voiceover on the TikTok video

How Did the Internet Respond?

Commenters flooded the video with reactions. Many speculated that Mylee had experienced a laryngospasm — a condition the Cleveland Clinic describes as occurring when "your vocal cords suddenly tighten or seize up so you can't breathe or speak." Experts note that laryngospasms rarely cause long-term or serious medical issues and typically last around 20 seconds.

"This is definitely a laryngospasm," wrote @roughneck_wife. "Super scary. It's happened to me before."

"So scary! My dad, a fireman, always said if you can cough you can breath!" replied @doc.mellow. "So as long as your coughing your okay and that soothes my chocking anxiety!!!"

Others took a more dramatic stance, urging Mylee to take legal action or calling for the drink to be pulled from the menu entirely.

"GIRL SUE DISNEY," said @lieutenant__dan. "GET THAT CHEQQQQUE."

"They should not be serving this," argued @stellaryess. "Eventually this will have bad consequences for someone."

What You Should Know Before You Order

It's worth noting that Oga's Cantina's menu has included a warning about the Buzz Button Tingling Foam since the bar opened in 2019. Disney cast members working at the Star Wars bar also sometimes warn guests about the tingling and numbing effects when they place their order. Whether or not Mylee received such a warning is unknown. It's also worth keeping in mind that inhaling any substance through the nostrils can cause brief discomfort and trouble breathing.

Fortunately, Mylee does not appear to have suffered any long-term adverse effects after the incident.
