A heart-stopping moment at Walt Disney World Resort's Magic Kingdom Park was captured on video when a young child ran into the path of a moving parade float — and a fast-acting Disney cast member saved the day.

A Little Girl Makes a Run for Moana

TikTok user @koryleepuckett shared a video of the incident, which took place during the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade, a daily morning procession along Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom Park. The little girl had been watching from behind a yellow line taped on the road, waving at Moana as her mother recorded the moment from a short distance away.

When Moana waved back, the excited child bolted into the road toward the moving parade float.
